Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you are indicating that
you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.

I work your commission by queue, please do not rush me , you can check my queue here.
I have the right to decline any commission requests if I feel I am unable to fulfill your requests.
The client can publish the commissioned work on social platforms accrediting my person. *It is also advised for the client to watermark the piece to prevent theft from unrelated parties.

Permission and Copyright

As the artist i still mantain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless otherwise accorded with the client.
You are allowed to use your order for non-commercial purposes, unless commercial use is agreed upon in advance. *(use as a profile picture, header is ok)
It is strictly prohibited to trace, copy, edit, remove the watermark from my finished works, resell or redistribute my work. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token). Any kind of my works/art, even it was commissioned, pre-existing or any other work, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else. I strictly prohibit usage for AI learning.

Process | Completed Work

Any changes can be made at the sketch stage, once the sketch is approved I start working on the lineart and coloring. Minor changes will be accepted before sending the complete work.
I only send a preview of the sketch before sending the finished work, If you would like to see more wips you can ask!
Revisions and corrections after completion may require an additional cost.
Canvas size may vary depending on the commission type. In case you want a different size of canvas, please let me know in advance, but keep it within a reasonable range as a higher resolution will result in various hindrances on both hardware and software.
I will not work off huge descriptions unless it's for a custom or revamp of a character design.
If there has been any problem sending you the commission (the email was incorrect, the email has not been received, the size changes are incorrect, etc.) Please contact me to try to solve it, if you do not notify me in this kind of situations, I will assume that you have received the commission correctly.

Turnaround time

Turnaround time always depends of my current queue and the complexity/type of work requested. The minimum lead time is one week - the maximum about 2 months after the approved sketch, bigger and more complex projects will take longer, please be patient, you can always ask about the status of your commission.
If requested as urgent, a rush fee will be included (is not always available and will depend on my schedule)

If you purchase a design from me and you want to make changes to it, DO NOT edit my original artwork, you can make your changes as a separate piece of artwork. But keep my original design recognizable. *Color/filter edits are fine!
Do not delete toyhouse profiles, if you want to make them private please let me know, I like to keep track of my designs, a simple note in a comment will do! *If you resell/trade outside of toyhouse, please return their profile to me.
You as the buyer are free to resell a character for the price you spent on them/trade or give it away. But you are NOT allowed to put higher price without extra commissioned works.
My designs can't be sold/traded/gifted/etc for people from my blacklist in any kind of way.
Please do not put your own rules to my adoptables/designs/characters.
For all my designs where it is not specified that commercial use is included, they are for PERSONAL USE only.
I will not issue refunds, please make sure you want and can afford to pay before bidding on one of my designs.
Payment plans: if we agree on a payment plan for an adoptable/design/character of mine, you must stick to the agreed scheduled payments. You will receive what you are purchasing once you have paid in FULL and only after that adoptable/design/character will be given to you. If you cancel your payment plan a refund will NOT be issued for what you have already paid and character will be re-listed for sale.
If I cannot contact you for 3 months and you have not made the corresponding payments, this adoptable/design/character fully getting back to me with all rights.
Please, where you can credit me as the original creator (if you have toyhouse, my username there is Vlazulv).

No one on my blacklist!

Payment | Refunds | Cancellation

Payments will be only accepted in USD and EUR.
I work only with full prepayment trough PayPal (Other methods of payment may be discussed)
In the case of PayPal fraud/scam/chargeback, you will be automatically blacklisted; If this is concerning a design/character purchased from me, the full rights to the design/character return to me.
I will not do refunds so please make sure you want and can afford it before commissioning me. I will only refund if a problem occurs and it is impossible for me to work on the order or if the work period has exceeded 2 months after full payment without a proper update or clear information.
You can cancel the commission if you have not made the payment yet, and if I have not started on your commission. If you do this too many times you may be blacklisted.
